In a world where privacy and information security have become top priorities for businesses, the legal team ensures all operations comply with current regulations, such as Brazil’s LGPD, the UK’s GDPR, and others. This includes conducting training, reviewing contract clauses, and monitoring internal practices. Being involved in this area has sparked my interest and broadened my understanding of the law’s preventive role in business.
It has also been enriching to follow legal support during client negotiations and contract signings. Observing how the team analyzes risks, balances interests, and provides clear, agile guidance reinforces the image of a team that is committed to business outcomes without compromising legal security.
Working with the legal team in these areas has given me constant hands-on learning in fundamental areas of law: contract, corporate, labor, finance, and more. I’ve discovered just how dynamic legal work can be within a company: every day brings new contexts, demands, and decisions that require adaptability. It has also been especially rewarding to work with legal matters in different languages, which has expanded not only my technical vocabulary but also my overall communication skills.
